DUMPdriver is a waste management transportation mobile application that not only allows driver to accept, carry out, track & get paid in the provision of waste management service, but also to manage the dumpster (Open Bin), lorry, job earnings or other matters associated with the service.
DUMPdriver is a partnering apps created to support the provision of waste management service provided by DUMP- A waste management mobile application that allows user to order dumpster (Opened bin) and transportation in the management of both recyclable & non- recyclable waste.
From individual with one lorry to organization with multiple lorries.
DUMPdriver will be assigned with waste management job which includes waste disposal & recycling. Once a job is accepted by a driver, the driver will be responsible for the placement, collection & disposal/ recycle of the waste or recyclable inside a dumpster.
- Heavy & Solid – Heavy construction & demolition material such as concrete, stone, brick, gypsum & bitumen.
- Food Waste – Food that is not eaten, produced during production, processing, distribution, retail, and consumption of food.
- Light & Bulky – Discarded furniture (couches, recliners, tables) and plumbing fixtures (bathtubs, toilets, sinks)
- Garden Waste – Garden waste is the accumulated plant matter from gardening activities. For instance, grass cuttings, leaf matter, wood and soil.
- Brown Waste – Biodegradable waste that is predominantly carbon based. For instance, spoilt wooden pallet, wooden container, dry leaves, twigs, hay, sawdust, corn cobs, pine needles or cones, etc.
- Glass Waste – Any discarded item made from glass. For instance, broken glass window, empty glass bottle or container and unuse glass partition.
- Rubber Waste – Use tyre, discarded item or residue material made from rubber.
Hazardous waste which is categorised by Department of Environmental as scheduled waste is currently not in our scope of service.
Acceptable recyclable includes paper, iron, plastic, aluminium, brass, stainless steel, lead, battery, copper and integrated waste. However, the mentioned recyclable might be different from one place to another.
We offer six types of frequency for both DumpWaste & DumpRecycling service.
- Ad Hoc – Temporary dumpster service. Dumpster will be placed once only upon request and collected once, 3 days from placement day.
- 4 or 8 or 12 Times Monthly – Temporary dumpster service. Dumpster will be placed and exchanged upon request according to the frequency committed monthly.
- Once Weekly – Routine dumpster service. Dumpster will be placed and exchanged one time a week on the selected day, throughout the service period.
- Twice Weekly – Routine dumpster service. Dumpster will be placed and exchanged two times a week on the selected days, throughout the service period.
- Thrice Weekly – Routine dumpster service. Dumpster will be placed and exchanged three times a week on the selected days, throughout the service period.
- Daily – Routine dumpster service. Dumpster will be placed and exchange every day, throughout the service period.

Daily from 6.00am to 6.00pm including Sunday and public holiday.
- Order request from user will be sent to qualified driver.
- Qualified driver may accept or reject a new order request.
- Order is confirmed when qualified driver accepted the order and payment has been made.
- Qualified driver may then carry out the Placement of dumpster and get the acknowledgement from user.
- Qualified driver will be notified once the dumpster is filled.
- Qualified driver will then carry out the Collection of the dumpster and obtain the acknowledgement from user.
- Qualified driver will then dispose or recycle the content in the dumpster at approved site.
- Upon completion, job earnings will be credited into DumpPay Wallet of the qualified driver.
It is a version designed for individual driver, who registers under personal name.
It is a version designed for entity that has more than ONE driver. DUMPdriver for organization consists of two apps, namely DUMPdriver for main person in charge and DUMPdriver for sub driver. Main person in charge responsible for the management & assignment of trip/ order whereas sub driver is the driver who performs the actual job.
Currently no registration fee is required.
- Aging 21 to 65 years old
- Having Commercial Driving License Class D/ Da for 5MT truck, or
- Having Commercial Driving License Class E for 10MT truck.
- Having lorry aging less than 10 years
- Having APAD permit for truck BDM > 7500Kg
- Having insurance coverage for your lorry.
- Having at least TWO units of a required type of dumpster stated in No. 9 & 10.
- Must have a smart phone.
- Download DUMPdriver apps from Play Store or App Store.
- Sign up.
- Upload the document stated in the email sent by admin.
- Attend an interview.
- Undergo necessary training.
- Your account will then be activated.
It takes 7 Days from sign up to account activation.
- Login to DUMPdriver apps.
- Select a dumpster from your list.
- Press Start button at the bottom of the screen.
- Wait for the new job.
- You may view and update the job status of your current job with TODAY’S TRIPS feature.
- You may also track your trip status for other job using TRIP MANAGEMENT feature.
Track Your Job feature allows driver to keep track of your every single job, including PENDING PAYMENT, CONFIRMED, COMPLETED and CANCELLED job.
User might need our assistance to remove the recyclable into dumpster. This is where our Loading Service comes in, of course with an additional fee charged. Loading fee will be charged on per KG basis and is payable to you once the order has been completed.
Add on Trip Request is the request from user to add an additional trip in his or her existing order. In the other word, it is an additional earning for you.
User might require more time to get their dumpster filled. This is where Filling Extension Request comes in. We charge user for making the said request. It is an extra earning for DUMPdriver.
Future order request which found no driver yet will be kept under Find New Job feature. You may review and get more job opportunity here.
- Both individual and organization driver are allowed to register more than ONE lorry under their DUMPdriver’s account.
- However, individual driver can only operate one lorry at a time.
- Whereas organization driver is allowed to operate multiple lorries at a time since different drivers will operate respective lorry using respective sub driver apps.
You are allowed to add new lorry, delete lorry, edit lorry information, or update the lorry status as Repair under the Lorry Management feature.
You are allowed to add new dumpster, delete dumpster, edit dumpster information, or update the dumpster status as Repair using the Dumpster Management feature.
- Your safety is our utmost concern. Please be calm and make sure you are safe when you encounter with any emergency.
- Please scroll down the menu list for the Emergency Button and touch it. A dialogue box will pop up and you are just one touch away from making an emergency call to the police.
- The user might be busy now. Try to call him/ her again after a while.
- You may proceed with other urgent order 1st.
- If you still can’t get the user, for instant chat, you may contact Dump Admin via the following steps:
- Select Track Your Job on the menu.
- Select the intended order ID.
- Select the WhatsApp-Admin Button and start your conversation.
- Try to communicate with the user to solve his or her doubtfulness.
- You may repossess your dumpster and drop us a message via WhatsApp if he or she refuses to acknowledge the placement.
- For instant chat, please contact Dump Admin via the following steps:
- Select Track Your Job on the menu.
- Select the intended order ID.
- Select the WhatsApp-Admin Button and start your conversation.
- Please contact the user to prompt him or her to fill up the dumpster in a courtesy manner.
- You may collect the dumpster without hesitation if the Filling Button was triggered.
- You may also collect the dumpster if the Filling Button was not triggered but it’s time for collection.
- Please ensure that your time slot for collection is correct.
- Try to communicate with the user to clear his or her doubtfulness.
- You may proceed with disposal if it’s time for collection. The collection status will be updated after completion of disposal.
- Either it is waste or recyclable, Dump has planned for the disposal.
- Our system will direct you to the right disposal/ recycle site.
- We understood that due to the unpredictable traffic and disposal site condition, your job might be delayed. Thus, Dump has divided the operating hour into 4 time slots with an interval of 3 hours each. For instance, 6.00am to 9.00am, 9.01am to 12.00pm, 12.01pm to 3.00pm, and 3.01pm to 6.00pm. You are considered on track if your dumpster has arrived within the time slot interval.
- You should update the user immediately if you have been late for the order.
- That is dangerous! You may inform the user to unload the waste or recyclable to an extent that you are comfortable with. Otherwise, you may refuse to collect the dumpster as scheduled.
- Anyway, pls remain courtesy throughout the communication.
- Please inform the user to unload the goods and reload it with correct goods.
- Otherwise, you may refuse to collect the dumpster.
- If the user refuse to unload the goods, pls contact Dump Admin for further action.

Placement of dumpster within 100m radius is acceptable. Please make sure the user acknowledges the placement of dumpster before you move on for other order.
- Please double check on the status of the job. Dump will only pay out the incentive upon the completion of a trip. For DumpWaste, a trip is considered as completed upon disposal. Whereas for DumpRecycling, a trip is considered as completed upon recycle.
- Please double check whether there is any transaction in the Driver Incentive as well as DumpPay Wallet for the order.
- If there is no related transaction being found, please report to Dump Admin by selecting the REPORT AN ISSUE button at the bottom of Help Centre screen.
- Dump has zero tolerance over user who act dangerously. Please report the said user to Dump Admin. We will investigate and come back to you as soon as possible.

DumpPay Wallet is a financial tool that allows driver to monitor not only all the job-related earnings & reimbursement, but also payment for order as well as proceed from the sale of recyclable transacted via Dump as a user.
- Driver Incentive is a feature that records all the income that belonged to a driver. The income includes Job Earnings, Loading Earnings, Filling Extension Earnings, Add on Trip Earnings as well as other type of earnings which will be added from time to time.
- Job Earnings, Loading Earnings, Filling Extension Earnings & Add on Trip Earnings will be paid after the deduction of 20% booking fee.
- Dumpster price will be reduced by 10% if is a DUMPRecycling’s order with loading-collection service.
It is a repayment from Dump towards the payment on behalf made by driver over a job. Job reimbursement includes but is not limited to the repayment of landfill fees.
- No incentive for you if a confirmed order is cancelled a day before the date of placement.
- Your incentive will be 50% after the deduction of booking fee, if the confirmed order is cancelled same day with the placement date, but before you press the Going Now Button.
- The order will be uncancellable after you have pressed the Going Now Button. Your incentive will be 100% after the deduction of booking fee.
- All calculations of DUMP are done automatically by our system to minimize any human error.
- Please double check your Job Detail, Grading on Store Receipt & Driver Incentive.

Launch your internet browser, type www.google.com and tap Go. If the page fails to load, you may have internet connectivity issues. Check your device manual or internet service provider to restore your connectivity before trying Dump again.
- Check for Updates

Open Settings, look for Software Updates and tap Manually Update. This will search for available updates, and update your Android OS as required. Open Google Play and tap My apps & games. If a Dump update is available, tap Update.IOS
Open Settings, look for General and tap Software Update. Update your iOS as required. Open the App Store and tap Updates. If a Dump update is available, tap Update. - Restart App

Hit the Recent apps button, find Dump and swipe it to the side to close the app. Re-launch Dump.IOS
Double-press the Home button and find Dump then swipe the app up to close the app. Re-launch Dump. - Restart Phone
Press and hold the power button to turn off your phone. Press the power button after a minute to turn on your phone and launch Dump.
- Reinstall app
Android
Open Google Play, search for Dump and tap on the app. Tap on Uninstall and wait for it to complete. Once it is done, tap on Install and tap open once it is done installing.IOS
Press and hold the Dump icon until an X appears on the top left corner of the icon. Delete the app before going to the App Store, search for Dump and installing it. Tap open once installation completes.
