In order to Green up Malaysia, we need everyone in our community to work together towards a Safer & Greener Everyday. By using Dump, DumpWaste or DumpRecycling as a user or customer, you are bound by the following Code of Conduct, in addition to our Terms of Service and the local laws where you use Dump. If you’re found to be in breach of the following guidelines, Dump may take action including temporarily or permanently suspending your account.

- Assault, harassment or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
The following behaviours are prohibited by law: physical abuse, verbal harassment, sexual assault, rape, murder, kidnapping, threats and intimidation. You may not attempt to contact your driver or fellow passengers after the trip, unless it’s to arrange the return of a lost item.
Follow road safety laws.
Do not ask your driver to speed or commit traffic violations, including stopping at unsafe or illegal locations. Do not overload the dumpster given. Do not fill the dumpster over its height limit. Do not scrawl or scratch the dumpster provided.
Theft, robbery, or property damage will not be tolerated.
You may be penalised under the prevailing law in the event of any theft, robbery, acts of vandalism, or damage to the driver’s truck, dumpster or other property.
Drugs and weapons must not be thrown inside the vehicle or dumpster provided.
If you suspect your driver is under the influence you have the right to end the trip immediately and alert the authorities. Likewise, do not use Dump as a platform to transport drugs.
Driver / Delivery Partner
The Code of Conduct is a set of guidelines and standards that we hold our independent driver and delivery-partners accountable to as part of our Dump community. This ensures that our users are protected, our systems are not abused and that, working with our driver-partner, we deliver the best experience to our users. Dump maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards violations of the Code of Conduct, and infringements can result in suspension or termination of user access to the Dump platform. (See here for details)

- Maintain proper documentation to drive.
You must hold a valid Competent Driving License (CDL) and Vocational Driving Licence (VDL) or Commercial Driving License at all times and other permits as may be required by the relevant authorities. You and your vehicle must also be covered with valid insurance as stipulated by local regulations. Be truthful about your criminal record. It is your responsibility to update and resubmit your documents when they expire, if they are revoked or as and when requested by Dump.
Assault, harassment or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
The following behaviours are prohibited by law: physical abuse, verbal harassment, sexual assault, rape, murder, kidnapping, threats and intimidation. Do not ask overly personal questions or comment on anyone’s appearance. You are strictly prohibited from contacting your customer after the trip for personal reasons. In a dispute, do not take matters into your own hands.
Do not commit crimes.
You may be penalised under the prevailing law if you commit any criminal acts such as theft, robbery, sexual assaults, possession of illicit materials or weapons, acts of vandalism or damage to property. We will work closely with law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute offenders.
Follow road safety laws.
Do not commit traffic violations or drive recklessly that may endanger the goods of our user and other road users. This includes complying with speed limits, obeying road signals and traffic lights, using hands-free kit while driving. You should always wear a seatbelt or a helmet. Avoid driving long hours and take sufficient breaks.
Alcohol, drugs and weapons are not tolerated.
Do not consume drugs or alcohol while you are on the Dump platform. Illegal substances, open containers of alcohol and weapons are not permitted in your vehicle. If a customer believes you may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, he or she has the right to end the trip immediately and alert us or the authorities. Do not accept or deliver illegal items and dangerous goods. If you have reason to suspect the nature of the contents of your dumpster, please notify Dump and the authorities if necessary.
Look after your truck.
Maintain your truck in good operating condition, in accordance with industry safety standards and local regulatory requirements. Make sure you only use the truck that is registered with Dump.
Merchant Partner
The Code of Conduct (“Code”) is a set of guidelines and standards that Dumpster Sdn. Bhd. and its subsidiaries (“Dump”, “We”) hold our independent merchant-partners (“Merchants”, “You”) accountable to as part of our Dump community. Abiding by the Code ensures that we protect our users and systems and that together we deliver the best experience to our customers.

Your government and local regulatory authorities require you to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, food, labour, health, safety and environmental laws and regulations.
As a Dump merchant-partner, we require you to hold valid licenses to operate and other permits as may be required by the relevant authorities. We ask you to update and/or resubmit documents when registered documents are expired or revoked. Dump reserves the right to request for updated information as and when required and to redress the matter if you fail or refuse to do so.
Activities of a criminal nature, including but not limited to the selling of illegal, prohibited or controlled goods, fraud, assault, harassment or abuse of any kind, will not be tolerated. We will work closely with law enforcement agencies when called to do so to investigate the matter.
Violations of the Code
As an everyday app that serves our user’s daily needs, ensuring safety and security to our customers and partners in every experience is our top priority.
Dump takes violations of the Code seriously. Dump has thresholds relating to quality issues to maintain the high standards of our platform. Failing to meet these thresholds may lead to suspension or termination of user access to the Dump platform. Dump may, but is under no obligation to, notify you before terminating your use of the Dump application and services.
We encourage Merchant-partners to notify Dump immediately of any breach of applicable laws and regulations that may affect their ability to provide services.
If you suspect fraudulent activities involving other merchants or driver-partners, customers or corporate partners, you may submit this information via our FairPlay Rewards Program.
Suppliers
Introduction
The Dump Supplier Code of Conduct (the “Code”) shall be applicable to all suppliers of the Dump Group and all of its direct or indirect subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively known as “Dump”).
This Code takes into account Dump’s internal guidelines and policies and sets out the acceptable behaviour of its suppliers in providing goods and services. Dump is committed to doing business in a legal, fair and ethical manner and expects all its business partners to be similarly committed.
This Code shall apply to all suppliers as well as any entity which provides such goods/ services indirectly to Dump through such suppliers.
This Code shall be made available to our suppliers and is a condition to a contract entered into between Dump and the supplier (the “Contract”). Dump reserves the right to terminate the Contract with any supplier who is found to have breached any part of this Code.
Laws and Regulations
All suppliers are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the countries where they operate in and where goods and services are provided. Such laws shall include without limitation employment/ labor laws, taxation, company law, personal data protection, etc.
Where there are any discrepancies between the requirements of this Code and prevailing laws / regulations, the stricter one shall apply.
Ethics
Suppliers are expected to conduct their business in an ethical manner and with integrity.
- Anti-Bribery and CorruptionAny form of fraud, corruption, extortion or other behaviour involving improper benefits shall be strictly prohibited. Suppliers shall not offer or accept bribes or other unlawful/improper benefits/ advantages from their business partners. Suppliers shall not offer any form of benefits or gratification to Dump employees to obtain an unfair business advantage.
- No Gift PolicySuppliers are encouraged not to give any Gift, Entertainment, or Meals to Dump and/or its employees.Should any Dump employees try to solicit any Gift, Entertainment, or Meals, Suppliers can report it to Dump.
- Conflict of InterestSuppliers shall disclose, at the first instance, if there is a potential conflict of interest relating to its potential and/or existing contractual relationship with Grab. Suppliers shall also disclose, at any time during an ongoing contractual relationship with Grab, any actual or potential conflict of interest.
- Fair CompetitionSuppliers shall adopt fair practices and ensure its business practices are in line with all applicable antitrust or competition laws.
- Privacy & Intellectual PropertySuppliers shall comply with all relevant data privacy laws and regulations with regards to the collection, disclosure, retention and/or processing of the personal data of Dump customers and employees.Suppliers are reminded not to infringe any intellectual rights, copyrights, patents and trademarks. Where any intellectual property rights are developed as part of the contractual arrangement with Dump, the ownership of such intellectual property right shall be as defined in the signed contract.

Tel: 0162280546Dump shall observe the following principles with regards to any such concerns/ issues raised in good faith:Confidentiality: – All reports made and the identities of the whistleblowers will be kept strictly confidential, to the extent allowed by law and the needs of the investigation.Retaliation: – Dump does not tolerate any form of retaliation, reprisals or harassment against whistleblowers.
However, Dump reserves the rights to consider any malicious/ frivolous complaints as a material breach of contract.
- Human Rights, Discrimination and LabourSuppliers are expected to protect the human rights of their employees and to treat them with dignity and respect. This includes but is not limited to the following aspects:Suppliers shall ensure that their employees meet the minimum requirements under the applicable local laws and regulations. This shall include (but not limited to) the payment of minimum wage, contribution to provident/ retirement fund, overtime hours and pay, mandatory rest time, minimum working age, etc.Suppliers shall ensure that no employee is forced to work and is given fair opportunity to work in an environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, or coercion.
- Health, Safety, Environment and QualitySuppliers are expected to provide a safe and healthy working environment that caters to the well-being of their employees.Suppliers shall be expected to meet generally recognized and/or contractually agreed quality, health, safety and environmental requirements in order to provide goods and services that consistently meet Dump’s needs. Suppliers shall be responsible for ensuring that all required permits, licenses and registrations will be obtained, maintained and kept up to date.Suppliers shall put in adequate measures to protect their employees from any chemical, biological and physical hazards.Dump reserves our right to audit business/facilities location to ensure compliance with/without advance notice.
- SecuritySuppliers shall maintain processes and standards that are designed to assure the integrity of each shipment to Dump from its origin through to its destination and all points in between.
- Management SystemsSuppliers are expected to implement management systems to facilitate compliance with all applicable laws and to promote continuous improvement with respect to the expectations set forth in this Code. This includes the following aspects:
- CommunicationsSuppliers shall ensure adequate communication on the principles set forth in this Code to their managers, employees as well as their supply chain and ensure strict compliance to the principles of this Code.
- Commitment and AccountabilitySuppliers are encouraged to fulfill the expectations set forth in this Code by allocating appropriate resources.
- Risk ManagementSuppliers are expected to implement appropriate measures to manage any compliance risk exposures stated in this Code and/or mechanisms to identify, determine and manage risks in all areas addressed by this Code and with respect to all applicable legal requirements.
- Compliance with this CodeDump reserves the right to conduct checks on Supplier’s compliance to the requirements of this Code. Any breach of the obligations stated in this Code may be considered as a material breach of contract by the Supplier for which Dump will reserve the right to exercise its rights in accordance with the provisions stated in the Contract.
