DUMPWaste is a waste management mobile application that allows user to order dumpster (Opened bin) and transportation in the disposal of waste.
We target user ranging from a person, educational entity, governmental body, non-profit organization, factory to other corporate entity.
It is a version designed for a person or single entity that does not have any branch.

DUMPWaste for organization allows user to manage the waste disposal activity taken at branch, by allowing user to assign person in charge for the branch, arrange dumpster on behalf, monitor and tracking the dumpster activity of the branch.
Yes! You will be charged based on the type of dumpster and waste disposed.
- Heavy & Solid – Heavy construction & demolition material such as concrete, stone, brick, gypsum & bitumen.
- Food Waste – Food that is not eaten, produced during production, processing, distribution, retail, and consumption of food.
- Light & Bulky – Discarded furniture (couches, recliners, tables) and plumbing fixtures (bathtubs, toilets, sinks)
- Garden Waste – Garden waste is the accumulated plant matter from gardening activities. For instance, grass cuttings, leaf matter, wood and soil.
- Brown Waste – Biodegradable waste that is predominantly carbon based. For instance, spoilt wooden pallet, wooden container, dry leaves, twigs, hay, sawdust, corn cobs, pine needles or cones, etc.
- Glass Waste – Any discarded item made from glass. For instance, broken glass window, empty glass bottle or container and unuse glass partition.
- Rubber Waste – Use tyre, discarded item or residue material made from rubber.
Hazardous waste which is categorised by Department of Environmental as scheduled waste.

Daily from 6.00am to 6.00pm including Sunday and public holiday.
Due to the unpredictable traffic and disposal site condition, Dump divides the operating hour into 4 time slots. For instance, 6.00am to 9.00am, 9.01am to 12.00pm, 12.01pm to 3.00pm, and 3.01pm to 6.00pm. You may expect your dumpster to arrive within the time slot selected.
There are six types of service frequencies available.

DUMPRecycling for organization allows user to manage the recycling activity taken at branch, by allowing user to assign person in charge for the branch, scheduling recycling activity on behalf, as well as monitoring and tracking the recycling activity of the branch.
The answer is Yes! Dump’s recycling partner will weigh & grade the recyclable. Dump will then pay user according to the price stated in the recyclable price list. In return, user will need to pay for the transportation to deliver the recyclable to recycling plant.
Daily from 6.00am to 6.00pm, including Sunday and public holiday. Please take note that, there is recyclable collection service on Sunday and public holiday. However, the recyclable might only be delivered to the recycling plant on Monday.

The accepted recyclable includes paper, iron, plastic, aluminium, brass, stainless steel, lead, battery, copper and integrated waste. However, the accepted recyclable might be different from one place to another. Pls refer to the Purchase Price List at the Menu bar on our apps, for the accepted recyclable at your location.

If you need help in removing recyclable into dumpster, we are willing to assist you with a little fee. Loading fee will be charged on per KG basis and is deductible from the sale proceed of your recyclable.
In History, an order you or the driver cancelled will show as Cancelled and you will not be billed with the charges. Tap Menu, and History in your Dump app, and if it shows Cancelled, no charges will be made. If the order doesn’t show as Cancelled, you can check with family, friends or co-workers who may have access to your Dump account to see if they took the order. Let us know, after checking if the order History shows as Cancelled, if you still believe you were charged for an order that you did not take.

When your driver did not show up, please call or What’s app the driver’s mobile number stated. Contact our customer service if the driver did not answer your call. The contact number of our customer service is stated in the track order page.
- Please check with the driver what is the reason behind the refusal. Please make sure the dumpster was filled with the correct type of waste or recyclable and was not filled beyond the height limit of the dumpster.
- It is user responsibility to always ensure that dumpster is filled up correctly. Driver has the right to refuse the collection of any dumpster that violates the guideline given.
- Let us know if you believe that the dumpster was filled correctly, but the driver still refused to collect.

- Dump adopts standard procedure in ensuring fair weighing for every recycling transaction served over our platform.
- Dump always encourages user to provide weight figure for their recyclable. The weight figure will then be compared with the weight figure provided by Dump’s recycling partner. Any discrepancy within +-20kg is acceptable.
- If the discrepancy is greater than +-30kg, the recyclable will not be unloaded. Instead, the said recyclable will be sent for a 2nd weighing at appointed 3rd party’s weighbridge.
- The 2nd weight figure will be used to determine whether the user’s or the recycling partner’s weight figure to be used.
- However, please let us know if you still dissatisfied with the final weight given.

- If Dump does not satisfy with the grading of our recycling partner, Dump will conduct a physical audit on site.

- It is advisable for user to make sure the recyclable loaded into the dumpster is identical with what was selected in item selection. Dump will not hesitate to return the recyclable to user and charge user on the transportation.

- Transaction such as advance payment from user, refund payment from Dump, proceed from the sale of recyclable, amount credited to user bank account, payment to Dump for the use of service from DUMPWaste will be recorded in DumpPay.
You will pay more than the originally displayed fare if your trip has Toll or other surcharges. Under Menu Bar, select Invoice to view Invoice. Select the invoice that you want to view. You will find a breakdown of your charges, including Toll and other surcharges in the invoice. (Attach sample invoice with highlighted toll charges and surcharges.) To check Toll and other surcharges that may apply at the time of booking, tap on menu, and select Toll & other surcharges. Toll charges incurred for placement, collection & disposal of waste. DUMPWaste charges are based on fix fare and it is exclusive off toll charges. Let us know through the Help Centre in Dump app if you still believe you were incorrectly charged a surcharge after checking your service type booking surcharges and your invoice.
- All payment of DUMPWaste charges is done online after successful searching of driver and before any placement of dumpster is done, except credit term user. Thus, driver is not supposed to collect any cash from the user.
- Let us know if: – You were charged more than what was quoted to you – The delivery partner collected cash from the recipient.

- You may download our apps, select Organization as your account type, fill up your organization detail, verify your account via the link send to your email, then the setup of Dump account for your business is completed. You may start to order your dumpster now.
